This is the day.

Matthew 28:6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

Its still there! An empty tomb with an empty slab on which the Saviour of the world once laid. There can be no sorrow when we think of His ressurection. Christ claimed the victory over death, so that you and I can claim the victory over it some day very soon. What a wonderful Lord is He! Christ Jesus the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. God is not dead, God is alive, He is the risen Son of God.

Christ rose!
I. It was authoritative. (He rose as the King of the universe)
II. It was powerful. (He rose as the Creator of the universe)
III. It was permanent. (He rose as the Everlasting Father)
IV. It was inclusive. (All who live for Him will never die again)
V. It was a payment. (The debt was payed it will never need to be paid again)
